Password Protect a Cantax File

Cantax FormMaster allows you to assign a password to a Cantax client file to prevent Cantax users from opening the file without permission.

Print or electronically transmit password-protected client files

If you try to print or transmit electronically several client files and some of them are password-protected, you will be prompted for the password when tryring to print or electronically transmit.

Carrying forward password-protected client files

You can carry forward a password-protected client file; the carried forward Cantax file maintains the password protection. If a Cantax client file was password-protected in a prior year, the carried forward Cantax file would be protected by the same password.
