Modify AutoText Suggestions Options

AutoText is a customizable tool which keeps all of the alphanumerical values entered for each applicable form. Cantax FormMaster allows you manage the AutoText suggestions list.

By default, Cantax FormMaster keeps the last 25 values entered in each AutoText suggestions list; you can, however, modify this setting as follows:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
  2. Under Options, select Client Files.
  3. In the Options area, to the right of the check box, Show AutoText suggestions, enter the number of entries that you want Cantax FormMaster to keep in the AutoText suggestions lists.
  4. Click OK.

Cantax FormMaster allows you to delete incorrect AutoText suggestions as follows:

  1. Display the form for which you want to delete AutoText suggestions.
  2. On the Tools menu, click AutoText.
  3. Select the AutoText suggestion that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to delete any other AutoText suggestions, as required.
  6. Click Close.
